I need to trim my waistline. For a woman the ideal waist size is 32 ½ inches and for men it is 35 inches.
A waist size over 35 inches in women and 40 inches in men increases the risk of diseases like diabetes, heart disease and more.
As I have reached my target weight the question is how do I trim my waistline without losing too much more weight because you have to draw the line between too fat and too haggard!
My new goal then is to focus my exercises to trim my waist.
