Diets! I seem to have been on and off diets the whole of my life. I would yo-yo back and forth between healthy weights and not so healthy weights.
I will discuss the diets in more detail later but for now here are a list of the diets I have tried (in no particular order).

- 5:2 Diet
There are probably many more over the years but I can’t recall them all at the moment.
I will start by saying that all diets will work if you stick to them. After all the equation is easy – you need to burn more calories than you consume.
Sounds simple doesn’t it!
However the problem comes if the diet is unsustainable as the weight will pile back on once you return to your old eating habits. You have to find a way of eating that you can continue to live with.
So let us now take a look at some of the popular diets.
